Hobby Japan December 2021

Since the All Japan Model and Hobby Show was canceled this year, Hobby Japan's editorial department helps lessen the blow by introducing a number of items scheduled to be debuted and exhibited at the Hobby Show!

Another special feature covers "Kyoukai Senki," a completely new robot animation from Sunrise Beyond and Bandai Spirits (debuting on October 4). The biggest feature of "Kyoukai Senki" is its emphasis on industrial design; since the show takes place in Japan in 2061, it is in many ways a continuation of the current time, making it different from previous "real robot" animations. The following issue will have another special feature on "Kyoukai Senki," featuring production staff interviews and a look at the official story "Frost Flower," which is being serialized in advance.
